Hi everyone, I’m not pregnant but I am TTC and I’m a few months in. I’ve noticed that my pmt (which is normally pretty bad) has become so much worse since trying. It’s like I’m so disappointed on top of already feeling the wrath of the hormones. I’ve avoided taking EPO since ttc because I’ve heard you can’t take it while pregnant? I’m not even sure if that is true. But right now I need something to get me through the pmt, and although I’m bit pregnant, I always hope to be and therefore want to know if I’m good to take EPO in either scenario. Sorry that was so long!

I'd only take it up to ov or once af starts (so between af and ov, but not between ov and af). At least, that's what I used to do when I first started ttc!!

Personally I took epo for 3 days a few months ago and it messed me up so bad I stopped taking it and instantly felt better. I'd try it for a few days from cycle day 1 and see how you go as everyone is different x
