Weirdly light periods after BCP?

I am currently on my 2nd period since I came off birth control and they are quite a few days shorter than usual. I'd normally bleed for up to 7 days now it's more like 4 and it has been lighter too.

Will this effect my fertility/ conceive-ability?

The periods you had on the pill aren’t real periods. They’re built in to reassure women.

I went from 10 day ish periods on my pill to a 4 day heavy withdrawal bleed, a 3 day light bleed that barely made it to my knickers to being pregnant.

So bottom line, I wouldn’t worry :)

@stephisaur Sorry I didn't explain. I meant my periods before the pill were 7 days. They were about 5/6 on the pill. Now around 3/4.

Thanks for replying by the way. I don't think I will worry anymore as it's normal x

Periods decrease in length as you age. The pill masks this. They also tend to get lighter...
