did you have a good feeling/symptoms before you took a test and got a BFP?

Nope. Nothing. Had been vaguely TTC for three months and it was totally out the blue. Now 15 weeks 🙂

seven201 · 06/10/2018 18:43

Nope!

Stephisaur · 06/10/2018 18:47

Nope. I was convinced it would be negative! I tested about 5 days after my period was due because I needed to test on the Sunday. I just assumed my cycle was still coming back to normal after my pill so wasn’t 100% sure when I would have been due at the time.

My only symptom was my aversion to caffeine, but I assumed I’d just overdone it on the tea 😂

Pepper123123 · 06/10/2018 19:14

I was absolutely convinced my symptoms were just AF.
I'd been TTC so I think part of it was not wanting to allow myself to think I might be.

The first sign that made me change my mind was my nails growing like crazy. I knew that only happened when I was pregnant.

I'm 21 weeks now.

Yep, I had:

Extreme tiredness
Really bad spots on my neck
Trapped wind
A slight implantation bleed
Missed period
Shortness of breath
Back pain
Absolutely ravenous

Mikewazowskismrs · 06/10/2018 20:48

Sore boobs (which I always got when af was coming) but this time I felt as though I got them earlier. Also had nausea and loss of appetite on the day I got my BFP (10dpo).

HeresMeh · 06/10/2018 20:50

I had nothing and just tested because it was routine.

Went into the shower and forgot about it till I was dying off and realised it was a strong positive.

It was the only month that I had zero 'symptoms'

SoyDora · 06/10/2018 20:51

With my first... no. I didn’t even bother looking at the test for ages as I assumed it would be negative (we’d been trying for a while). When I looked it said ‘pregnant, 3+ weeks’ and i hyperventilated.
2nd... I was absolutely convinced I was pregnant (unplanned, was on the pill)). I was right. No symptoms or anything, just a feeling.
3rd... I randomly tested at 9dpo as I felt really ‘off’, and it was positive.

sprinkleofsunshine · 06/10/2018 21:11

Sore boobs I think. I tested at 9dpo and had what I thought was a real squinter, but could have been a negative, posted on here and people weren't sure.

Next day drinking water had the strongest metallic taste in my mouth tested that evening at 10dpo with 3 different branded test and got a bfp on all 3.

Yakadee · 06/10/2018 21:38

I'd actually told myself I'd missed the boat!! I'd convinced myself it was nothing and I was imagining it but boobs! They were a total give away. The night before I tested I just knew.

That and stomach ache (which I thought was af) were my only clues. Xx

SnowBambino · 06/10/2018 21:41

Strange dreams at around 10dpo. I just knew. Pretty much no other symptoms apart from a feeling that I was pregnant! I didn’t really get any of the classic symptoms like sore boobs until 6 weeks or so.
