Just experienced a two day spotting and cramping episode a week before my period is due, ( using an app to track) light pink first day then brown the next... still got some cramping the third day but I have not had this before. Is this implantation bleeding ?
I also however have been bad with my food and I suffer from ibs so can sometimes have cramps and be constipated (sorry for the tmi ) would also get back pains !
I have also moved house and started uni so have been under a bit of stress but I can’t tell what it is as this is something I haven’t experienced and have no one really to talk to about it so would be appreciative of some insight,
