Hello. I have had smile flashing for two days. This morning it was still flashing. How long flashing until you usually get static smile? I am hoping that tomorrow night won't be too late as that is the earliest we can dtd. Is it too late when you have a static smile? I heard that if you dtd when ovulation strips say you are ovulating that its usually too late, as its best to dtd prior to ovulation as sperm needs time to make it to the egg.

I have had between 0-9 days of flashy smileys! usually at least 5. I started doing an extra test (with IC) in the afternoon to try and find out about any LH surge ASAP.

I got a static smiley after 8 straight days of flashing. Thought I was going mad but apparently 25% of women get up to 9 days of flashing smileys!

Thanks. I still have flashing smile this afternoon. This is second day of EWCM so I assume the static smile face will come soon. I am hoping tomorrow night will be the right time to dtd as thats the earliest it can happen!

I usually get 5-6 days of flashing. Sometimes more. Usually happy to smash that smug smiley face by the time it goes still. You may not ovulate for 12-36 hours after it goes static so DTD once it's static def puts you in with a chance. Good luck.

First time I had 18 flashing smileys the second 3.
