Hi,
I hope this is the right place to post as I've never used the forum before.
My husband and I have recently decided to try to conceive, and I came off the pill in August, I had a period in September and I'm due around about now. Yesterday I took a cheap savers test as I have done for the past few days and thinking it was negative (without waiting the full amount of time) I frustratingly threw it in the cupboard and returned to it about 45mins later where a faint but visible pink line had formed, I told my husband and we decided to go and buy another test, I thought it may be an evaporation line (don't know much about this) and so I tested again using a first response test within about 4 minutes I got another visible pink line.
Today I tested with a boots own brand early test and got a negative test. I understand I'm probably testing early, this whole situation is stressing me out as I've never experienced it before. Has anyone else had this kind of experience? Thanks!!

I’ve had a similar experience, cheap tests came up positive 6 days before missed period, but Superdrug’s own brand said negative. They continued to say negative after an early scan confirmed I was 5w4d.
I’d wait another couple of days and test again, good luck Flowers

You're pregnant OP, you're probably just early on & the first response is picking it up because they're the most sensitive. Take another first response with morning urine & you should get your definite answer. Good luck!

I have one test left in the house which is another boots test and I haven’t taken it I’m too nervous which is crazy as I’ve been testing like mad for the past few days!
