Hi, we are going to start trying for a baby soon and have been looking at all the different vitamins and supplements that can be taken. Just wondering what you would advise to take other than the folic acid, for example the pregnacare range that contains the folic and other vitamins. Many thanks

The only thing that really matters is the folic acid. A generic multivitamin doesn't hurt (probably) but doesn't really add anything either.

I'd either take straight folic acid or a cheaper generic pregnancy multivitamin tbh.

Folic acid and vit d. Boots do a combined tablet.
