TTC, breastfeeding and folic acid

Hello! My husband and I are keen to start TTC baby no.2. Am still breastfeeding and no sign of a
period yet... Does anyone know if I can take folic acid whilst breastfeeding?Thanks x

Yes, folic acid is absolutely fine when breastfeeding...great in fact.
