Hiya I've just started tracking my temp today I've woken up and taken it it's 36.92 c what is a good indicator? I'm 8dpo. No idea what I should be looking for etc. Thanks

Individual temps mean nothing. It's a pattern of low temps before ov and higher temps after.

Maybe do a bit of googling to read up on it? Check out some of the charts of fertility friends too to see the pattern for yourself.
