How long can I wait?

I've got a nearly 1 year old conceived on my last round of Clomid. I'm now 32 and DH is 40. We want another child but I'm starting a new job next week and any future pregnancy will be high risk.
I was having 35 day periods which due to pcos is good but now they've disappeared again. It's likely I'll need treatment again so I'm thinking how long can I wait?

No one can really tell you that. Fertility is so so so individual. Some people have no problems in their early 40s and others struggle in their early 30s...

I'd just go with when you feel ready emotionally, financially, physically...

It's hard as at 32 I know I need to make a decision about trying or leaving it be
