Positive or not?

I'm on Cd20 of my 2nd round of clomid. I done a test yesterday and not even a hint of a line. Done one this morning and straight away seen a faint faint line, I spent about 10 minutes looking at it from every angle and it was definitely there but super faint. I wanted to look at it again so a couple of hours later I took it out the bin and the line was darker, I even dropped a bit of water on the strip because I heard if you do that and it's an Evap it will disappear and it just got more obvious. I don't know what to think. I've never seen a line this obvious since I got pregnant with my son but could it have started out very very almost invisible and then get darker? Or is it a no?

CD20 is V early for testing

I have no idea, I was told not to use ovulation tests while on clomid.

Anyone? 😔 I've been feeling very weird too. Boobs feel slightly sore, pretty crampy and have backpain. Mild headaches on and off past couple of days and feeling fine one minute then really really need a wee the next. I have pcos and I'm not used to all this because I rarely get periods. With my son 9 years ago it was a complete surprise, I just felt very bloated and tested that night and it was positive, and that was a very early positive, I must have ovulated within days of finishing my period. So it is possible to o early because its happened to me once. Does the test look like an Evap?

It’s hard to tell from that picture - if it’s a positive it will be pink in colour whereas an evap will be colourless/grey

Also, I’m sure I’ve read on here that tests are invalid once you take them apart, so maybe test again in a couple of days?

Doesn’t look positive it looks to me as the indent where the coloured dye would stay, maybe try again in a few more days

Thanks :) we've been trying for years, being on clomid is just making me very hopeful it will happen soon, were literally desperate for a baby. Can't wait for the day I can surprise my husband :( hopefully a dark line in a few days, if not onto next month of clomid. Sigh

Well there is definitely a line but it's hard to tell the colour from the picture. I'd say positive if I had to put money on it. Fingers crossed for you.

There was definitely a line straight away because I was like omg what is that and kept looking. I don't know if it had any colour it was so faint but if it was an Evap would it keep getting darker over a few hours?

So I got a free today and it was negative. Guess it was just a dud test but I've been having pain and cramps the past few days that are worse every day. Today it's sharp pains on one side and shooting pains in my uterus/vagina area. Could. Be clomid side effects but I'm staying hopeful for this month. I'm not out until af turns up. Fingers crossed
