Normal BBT range

Can anyone help me, can anyone share their bbt charts? I’ve just read online what the normal baseline temperature should be and I’m way off. Which indicates an issue with your thyroid. I’ve booked a doctors appointment but it’s not for another couple of weeks so just wanted to see if I’m being stupid or there is something wrong

I’ve looked at my last 3 cycles and my baseline was 36.08, 36.16 and 36.20

Sorry those are covering temperatures, which is they take all your pre-ovulation temps and average them out.

Pre ov my lowest bbt over 3 cycles was 35.53

Last cycle.

This was my 4th cycle after a mmc in April at 11 weeks.

Might be a coincidence but it was the first time using pre seed fertility lubricant.

Hi, this is my current cycle...

My pre-O temps were always below 35.8 - usually drop to 35.65ish the few days before - then coverline around 36.1.

I worried about thyroid disease too but I'm pregnant with DC2 so hasn't caused any issues!

My lowest has been today (CD9) at 35.53°c. highest was my last day of my period which was 0.8° higher.

This is mine currently but I don’t really know anything about charts yet!

Today I have a temp drop. I feel that’s a bad thing when I only have 11 day lp.

@chanel05 I only have a 11 day lutheal phase too, I know 14 is the average but as long as it’s hitting 10 days plus it’s seen as ok

My luteal phase has been 11 days for at least 16 years and I’ve had 5 pregnancies (#4 was a mmc, currently pregnant with #5)
