Short AF

Would love to know how long everyone's period lasts on average.

I had the implant removed in May. For the first few cycles I was 28 days without ovulating. The past two cycles I believe I've ovulated (around day 22/23) and had a 32 day cycle. However AF is extremely short. Generally 1 evening of v. light spotting. 1 day mid to heavy flow. 1 day light flow (which doesn't always last full day). Then, nilch.

I'm a vegan but I try to keep iron up and have no other anaemia symptoms.

Anyone here with a short flow had advice from a doctor? Or got a BFP?

Mines been like that all my reproductive life. My lining is fine (checked by ultrasound), and I produce about 30ml of blood and tissue over my period, which is low but normal (I use a moon cup). I got pregnant through one lapsed weekend of contraception in my twenties which I terminated. Been trying now for a year but no luck, which is to do with my old eggs, don't think it's anything lining related.

When I came off the progesterone only pill two years ago it took a good year for my cycles to settle though, so yours might still be adjusting.
