If my period was the 3rd-8th. I believe I ovulated around the 19th week. I dtd on Monday & Friday night the 22nd. How many DPO am I? I believe I am 4. But I'm not sure my Ovia app is out of whack since my MC. Thank you.

No way of knowing unless you charted your temperature. You may not have ovulated when you think.

How do you chart your temp?

First of all you need a nasal body thermometer (around £5 on amazon)

Download the fertility friend app

Every morning at the exact same time take your temperature. do it whilst your still in bed. I kept mine under my pillow.

Log your temp on the app.

From cd10 start doing opks.

Your temperature will drop when you have ovulated - this will be confirmed by the next few days temperatures being higher than usual.

Basal thermometer not nasal 👃😬
