TWW spotting at 8DPO

I ovulated on the 14th/15th September and was sexually active on both these days. On 22nd September I had a small amount of light pink blood but only visible when I wiped, and later that day a small amount of brown spotting. Since then nothing and my period is not due for another six days. I have never had spotting between cycles before so find this a little odd. Took a test today and it was negative... could I still be pregnant?

It could be implantation bleeding but too early for the test to pick up because hormone levels aren't high enough. Give it a few days and test on the day you're due.

I am in the exact situation btw! Same ovulation days and waiting for af NOT to turn up this weekend 😜 Will take all I have not to test early.
