Can you have a period twice a month and when to expect ovulation

Just wondering can you have a period twice a month? Had one already this month and cycle has been 21/22 days just wondering when ovulation would be? Last couple of days have had backache, one day tiny 2 spots of pink on tissue and another day the same nothing since, have had sore boobs last couple of days.

Could it have been implantation spotting?
Is your usual cycle 21 days?X

Sometimes your cycle can be shorter than usual for various reasons. Some people have naturally shorter cycles. So yes it’s perfectly possible to have more than one period in a month.

@Hopefullxo last month was 22 days, was wondering if it could have been implantation bleeding because I've usually started with brown spotting before a period starts. Just done a test and was negative. X

@SoyDora thank you, just wondering what was going on, I did have a miscarriage in June and I know the doctor said it can take a few months for them to get back to normal. X

@SoyDora 1st of September light pink on tissue, 2nd September brown light pink on tissue, 3rd September one lot of red on pad just in the morning then nothing until the 7th when just brown on tissue.
