Early scan confusion

Hi I have had quite a few positive tests (7in total) the first day of my last period was 3rd august but I know day of conception was august 19th I have been for early scan today (privately) and they found a small fluid filled sac 3.5mm but no sign of baby and no sign of eptopic just been told to wait 2 weeks and have another scan. Could anyone give me any advice on this as you can imagine my minds going crazy. Thanks

What's your usual cycle length?

Normally 28 days

If you are 100% about conception on the 19th then that would be about five weeks, so still super early, truth is no one knows when the heart starts beating if you've no pain or bright red bleeding then that's a great sign it's horrible having to wait but I wouldn't be panicking just yet x

Oh and yes no pain or bleeding so far so thats a good sign and my boobs are so sensitive so still getting symptoms xx

When did you get a positive pregnancy test?

All of my tests have been positive I had my first positive on 5th sep and had positive today on clear blue digital came up as 3+

Update been for another scan at hospital today and all is well thank god im 6w2d approximately 😀
