Positive then negative pregnancy test

I been having some liquid coming out of my nipples and is clear . It comes out when you squeeze or suck it and I took a pregnancy test and it came back positive in the morning later that day I took another one what does that mean ?

It maybe that is came back negative the second time cause you took it later on in the day and there wasn't a enough of the hormone in your unrine and there was in the morning and because your so early on.
