Hello im new here.
Me and my husband (and little one) have decided we want to add another little bundle of joy to the family but before TTC I want to get my cycle back to normal, well I say normal but to be honest iv never had monthly periods, even before having our first baby my periods were once every 2-3 months. There more regular now but still not always every month.
My last 3 were:
1st May til the 7th May
3rd August till 9th August
4th September till 12th September
I was wondering if anyone has used Agnus Castus to try and regulate periods. I have read tons of success stories but thought id ask here too. Thank you.
