Would an ovulation test be negative or positive 2 days after predicted ovulation according to an app?

The app only predicts but it may not be right so a test could very easily be positive.

Totally depends when you actually ovulate in your cycle - the app gives you an estimated date based on averages. You could ovulate earlier or later than average.
