I’m confused.... ovulation sticks... please help!

My second month of using clearblue ovulation tests... I started testing on the 13th day, first day blank O second day blank O... this morning, solid smiley face, so I’ve had no flashing... is this normal ? Why haven’t I had any flashing ☹️ I did last month..
