NHS Help with TTC#2 after IVF

Following successful IVF with my first, we are TTC #2 naturally. NHS tests first time round did not conclusively find anything wrong with us. Having used OPKs for many months, I am starting to believe I may have a luteal phase defect (too short a luteal phase, due to late ovulation).
Dr Google suggests that prescription of progesterone (I guess similar to the progesterone I would have had after implant from IVF) may be the answer. Any one had a similar situation? Words of wisdom? Will NHS offer no assistance at all with #2?
