Best time to use OPK’s?

Hi all,

New to TTC (1st month) and have started using OPK’s yesterday as advised on Natural Cycles app based on my 1st day of last period which was 2nd September.

However is there a best time of day to use them? One a day? Or is AM/PM a good bet to try and catch it? Xx

Think it’s advised around 2pm is the best time, I do it then and when it starts to get darker I test twice a day at 10am and 2pm. Last week I had a nearly positive at 2pm and then tested again at 4pm and got it. Had I just tested at 2pm I would have missed it by the next day x

@sunshine1987 thank you, how lucky you got your positive just a few hours later! I tested yesterday AM and this morning and both negative, so I’ll try again early afternoon and this evening I think by the sounds of it? I’m definitely getting some sharp twinges which is normally my sign of ovulation too!
