Good evening ladies, I am new to Mumsnet and was hoping to speak to other women who are currently have IVF treatment. Me & my husband have been on this journey since last year and have finally been given our dates for egg collection. I have just started taking the first course of medication (I can’t spell it Smile) and have been given a date for egg collection. I was hoping to get some advice regarding the daily injections? Any help would be great xx

Hi @CharleneX if you pop over to the infertility boards you will find loads of women doing IVF and there are usually a couple of threads for women currently going through it. They will be happy to help.

For what it's worth injections are fine but the first one takes a bit of courage - just like leaping off the diving board or something. Barely hurts and becomes second nature within a couple of days.
