I want to get my body ready for TTC in January. Ive just bought the pregnacare vitamins, I dont drink caffine at all, I do drink, but only a glass or two at the weekends. Fit and active.
Is there anything else you reccomend doing to prep my body for TTC, pregnancy and ultimately labour?
Any foods to eat? Types of exercise to do? Things to avoid?
Im coming off my pill after this cycle with a view to using condoms/ovulation apps to protect when we DTD with the aim of trying properly from Jan. if t happens before not really a problem but want my body to be primed and ready!
Any advice or people in similar positions? Xxx
