One step sensitive tests!

Hello, I just wanted to share my experience of the IC one step tests you can buy online. They are supposed to be very sensitive but I tested at 11dpo and could have mistaken it for a BFN. I had to look by the light and tweak it on a photo. Since then, it's a week later and have had very strong BFPs on other tests. Do not feel disheartened or worried if you barely see a line with these tests!!!! Use with caution

I had the same , very very light on one step and using the same urine a 1-2 weeks clear blue

I had the same! Used asda test then clearblue and were clear as day. Thought I was going mad and imagining the line at first xx

I did!! My family thought I had gone crazy lol, we're yours as faint as mine? X

Yes..... see the picture haha. I don't even know why I didn't throw it away I just have a feeling. And that is with a slight change to the brightness x

I've used one this morning I'm 3 days prior to af I've had some spotting but trying to see whether there is a shadow or not! What day are you?

@owlpatrol can you see anything at all? Take a photo and try to edit using the brightness. Mine on that pic was literally only visable when I did that. Or use a different test xx

Tell me about it! I thought I was going bonkers starring at my one step cheapie when I fell pregnant... then took a FRER & clearblue the next day and had a clear positive 😂🤦🏻‍♀️ Drives you nuts!!

There have been a few threads on this recently with lots of us experiencing the same thing. I used these when trying for DS and they worked fine so not sure what's going on now.

The day AF was due I got a sort of vague suggestion of a line, if I held it in the light at a certain angle! Same day I got clear positives on a red dye test and a digital. I wouldn't trust them at all!

Hi ladies. I can't post any pictures till tomorrow as I posted in another group. Hoping you can help.
I had a miscarriage 1st August, I took a test after and it was negative. Had a period 31st August and weirdly decided to take my last one step pregnancy test with my OPK as I'm sure I was ovulating. I got a hint of a line on the pregnancy test that seemed to have some colour... however it faded a lot and it can hardly be seen after 10 mins. What are your thoughts? I'll post pictures when possible!

@delilah7 definitely use another brand to be sure. My very faint barely there like turned into a very dark positive after a week xx

@Russell19 that's the thing I thought I'd only just ovulated this weekend due to a sort of positive opk... but since my MC I have no idea hahaha xx

So to me @Russell19 doesn't make sense hahaha. Guess it was just evap or faulty! Xx

I think these were the same urine sample. The cheapie and the digital definitely were, anyhow!
