Hi.. I had used copper t for the past 5 years and has removed it on 20th august... And my Periods was on 9th August... September periods was Missed for 7 days and today I have got slight bleeding.. I don't know If it's bleeding or if it's spots... I want to conceive.. What to do? I had tested twice and it was negative.... I am worried..

Hi @Naadiaimam - I think realistically it'll probably take at l least a full cycle for you to reset. You may have light bleeding be your only bleeding this month, or it could be midcycle. Hopefully next month you'll have a better idea of where your body is.

Negative test is an indication you aren't pregnant. My cycles went a bit wonky after I had the copper coils removed (and others have reported the same on various threads through the years...).

Spotting can be an indication of a huge number of things other than pregnancy. It may simply be the start of your period...

Your af may seem very very different to how it was on the coil. Test again in a week if not af.

Give it time. Be kind to yourself.
