I can see a line but it is super faint. Might be worth popping to your doctor if you're on CD 42, as I would've thought it should be stronger. FX for you!

MakeAWhish · 14/09/2018 10:55

Thanks @RMarieClaire - I think I ov'd super late so fingers crossed the line darkens over the next few days xx

Didnt have to squint, can see there's a line there! Definitely test in a couple days time so you can see if there's darker progression x

MakeAWhish · 14/09/2018 11:11

@closedcircuit thank you! Just need some back up that I'm not seeing lines - had so many BFN's xx

Is that 2 pictures of the same test or 2 different tests?

The line looks a bit too far over than they usually are on frers

strawberrybodybutter · 14/09/2018 13:42

Definitely a line on the first picture, not as sure about the second. Do another tomorrow with first wee of day to be sure, looks like a positive to me though. Grin

MakeAWhish · 14/09/2018 15:43

Thanks all! Showed my mum and my partner in real life and they both can see what I can! It's more obvious in the flesh. So fingers crossed! X

Looks like a line to me! Shine a light/torch behind it and if a line is there, it will be more obvious x

brokenharbour · 14/09/2018 15:46

That's a really clear line and it's definitely in the right place. I have done many of these tests!

babybrainy · 14/09/2018 16:30

Looks positive to me!

jaychops · 14/09/2018 16:54

That's a line, definitely in the right place! How many DPO do you think you are?

Hantswife · 14/09/2018 16:57

That’s exactly what my First Response test looked like. It got darker over the next few days. I now have a 15 week old son asleep on me. Congrats x

BlueEyedBengal · 14/09/2018 19:48

Check in a few days that's what I would do, very faint line so perhaps you are very early.

MakeAWhish · 14/09/2018 20:05

Thanks ladies! I have no idea when I ovulated. Past 5 months since coming off the pill, my cycles have been 31/32 days, so had in my head I'd ov cd17/18/19. But if I did, a test would have shown positive a week ago, and I've been poas'ing every day for 2 weeks Grin So... I'm lost! Must have ov'd 10-14 days ago for it to show on an FRER?

Congrats on your baby boy @Hantswife Thanks

Yes it's definately a line there.

Prembabymum · 15/09/2018 22:25

That's a line :)

Prembabymum · 15/09/2018 22:28

This was my first frer positive at 9doo and it was MUCH clearer in real life. Yours is like my one the next day. Here they are side by side. Congratulations! :)

Thanks everyone. I'm afraid I started bleeding tonight. So I'm guessing it was a chemical pregnancy. Thank you all for taking the time to reply. The line didn't get darker today, which worried me. And now, blood. Onwards and upwards! Xx

Mummyneedinganswers · 16/09/2018 04:42

So sorry to hear that I suffered a chemical pregnancy just over a week ago it's so disheartening getting positive tests and then the bleeding comes. I know how you feel. Big hugs x

TheresSomebodyAtTheDoooorrr · 16/09/2018 04:59

I don't want to sound like I'm giving you false hope OP, but I'd go see your GP. I bled heavily on and off with DS, I'd had a fair few miscarriages before and assumed that's what was happening. If I hadn't seen my GP, I wouldn't have realised I was pregnant till I was about six months when the bleeding stopped.

MakeAWhish · 16/09/2018 08:02

@Mummyneedinganswers I'm sorry you went through it too I hope you get your sticky BFP really soon. Lots of love. @TheresSomebodyAtTheDoooorrr Wow, did you? I love a 'have hope' post. I have 2 other children and didn't bleed with those pregnancies, so I just feel it's over. But I'll keep a little hope for now xx

OP posts:
TheresSomebodyAtTheDoooorrr · 16/09/2018 09:25

I did OP. It was awful. No one really had any clue what was going on, I was in and out of the hospital several times, I still remember all the blood on the doctors gloves after physical exams, and the ultrasound tech telling me it didn't look like it was viable. That went on for months. But DS hung on in there Smile he's a stubborn little bugger, so stubborn he refused to come out and had to be dragged out.

I really would go to your GP. They'll be able to (hopefully) confirm either way, and keep a record of the chemical pregnancy if that's what it is.

I really hope you get some good news soon OP. Thanks

MakeAWhish · 16/09/2018 10:24

Thank you Theres , it must have been a really stressful time for you! So glad it all worked out well. Ah, yes, I have 2 stubborn girls that wouldn't budge and needed to be dragged out too!
The blood seems quite heavy today, bright red, and I feel a bit crampy :-( xx

MakeAWhish · 16/09/2018 10:25

@TheresSomebodyAtTheDoooorrr I will book a gp appointment tomorrow morning xx
