Tips for TTC after miscarrying - first period since

Hello !
I miscarried on the 6th of August 2018, and have just got my first period since today and it has been the most awful day. Has anyone got any tips from here about conceiving? Anything that worked for them when they got their first period?
Anything at all would be highly appreciated.

Hi there, im in the same boat as you. I also miscarried about the 6th of Aug. And my period decided to show today which has spooked me as my scan was booked for today. Just a coincidence but really shook me, currently on the sofa in pjs feeling sorry for myself!
Part of me is relieved that it's here, everything back to normal etc and now to see where to start and go from there.
