How often to b'd when trying after miscarriage

Hi ladies,
Just wondering how often would you need to b'd to give you the best chance of getting pregnant when your periods have not completely gone back to how they were before a miscarriage. X

Hiya. I had recently been researching the same thing after going through a recent miscarriage, happened first time with the last pregnancy so didn’t attempt like we are now. I’ve been told that every other day throughout your most fertile window is best, apparently every night isn’t as a affective?

@Babycakes1989, I'm sorry you've gone through this too, this was my 2nd miscarriage after the first one got pregnant with my son a few months after. Not sure when my fertile period is, have got an app but no idea how accurate that will be. I don't know about every night not being as affective. X

Sorry you went through it too ❤️ Hope your doing ok. I’m a week after my 1st period now so taking each day as it comes. 6 Weeks ago this Friday that I had D&C - beginning of August. Trying to go with the flow as don’t want to put too much pressure on myself or husband for it to happen straight away but still my mind tells me how much I am longing for it to happen! I’m not a mummy yet and dream about the day ❤️ Good luck to you X

After my first MMC my periods were a disaster, tracked for 3 months before trying and cycles varies from 52-31 days. When we started trying again we BD'd every other day and we luckily fell pregnant that first month. If we hadn't done that then I would have had no idea when was best to BD.

I have good days and then not so good days. That's the same I don't want to put too much pressure on myself or husband. Sending lots of baby dust to you and that your dream comes true very soon ❤️ xxxx

The last two have varied between 25 days to 22 days something like that. Trying to keep track of them. Thank you ❤️ xxxx
