Anyone else feeling the same?! IB advice!

Hey, this is our 2nd month TTC DC2.

I'm 7/8 DPO and for the past 3 days I've had tender boobs (only at night and during the night), nausea, left ovary pain (like a punching feeling), abdominal cramping (like AF) and lower back pain. I've also had brown and reddish rust coloured spotting but only on wiping. Sorry for the detail but it's not even like spotting it's like dry stringy bits of mucus stuff. And sometimes there's none. I wasn't TTC when I had DS and my first symptom was being super emotional/tired and extremely sore boobs. I normally don't get any cramping with AF til she arrives although I do get constant sore boobs for a couple of days before. I've also had headaches. It's so hard not to symptom spot but I'm such an impatient person that I can't help it!

Has anyone else had the brownish spotting similar at this stage and gone on to get BFP? Not sure it's even possible for symptoms to be related this early on!

Maybe it's just a strange cycle!

The pain in your ovary could be a corpus luteum cyst, I get them sometimes. I had implantation bleeding with my son, I can't remember exactly what it was like but it was only a little bit and only lasted for a day at 5 dpo, I also had slight cramping (especially after an orgasm) which I usually only get on the first day once af has started, I also had sore boobs which started a few days before af was due which I never get usually.
