Implantation bleeding after bfp??

I got a faint positive on a frer on thursday (9dpo I think!) and then stronger positives each day then a bfp on a cb digital on Saturday. This morning I woke up to a small bleed. I assumed it was a chemical and called my doctor who said to rest for the next few days, wait and see and retest on Wednesday. The bleeding has stopped now, was very light and I only saw it on my underware when I went to the toilet. My app tells me I'm 3 weeks and 5 days pregnant; could this be implantation bleeding?? Is it possible to have implantation bleeding after a positive test? My period is due anytime between today and wednesday (27-29 day cycles).
Hate being in limbo like this; can anyone help at all?

I didn’t have what I would assume as ‘normal’ implantation bleeding. I always assumed this happened prior to a positive test. However, I had the tiniest bit of blood around 7 weeks + 6 days and I contacted the early pregnancy unit who asked me to come in for a scan. The sonographer told me it was probably just implantation bleeding so I wouldn’t give up hope yet!! X
