Are these early signs of pregnancy?

Hi everyone!
I am new here and wondering what your opinions are...

I came off my pill not so long ago as I and DP would like to start ttc.
I have been having some pains down below (some felt like lighter period cramps and some just felt like a light stabbing pain but none were painful). I have been having some headaches (not many). And some discharge that I've not noticed before (like a thick creamy white consistency). I have had no sickness but I came off my pill really not that long ago so if I am pregnant, I will be shocked! I will be taking a test soon but just wondered what people think to the symptoms I have been experiencing?

Since coming off the pill I have not had AF either but I'm thinking are these symptoms of my cycle coming back to normal or are these symptoms of early pregnancy.

Sounds more like the build up to ovulation.

They were my pregnancy symptoms 3 times. Just be wary when you first come off the pill your hormones are nuts so body could be settling back down and tricking you x

Yes, I have my fingers crossed but also aware this could be the case. It seems more likely that it's my hormones and my cycle getting back to normal but we shall see, as I said I will take a test soon anyway just to be sure but I'm so impatient. And I'm instinct also tells me I am but I won't know for sure until a test is taken x

My early symptoms are usually extreme thirst and feeling murderous.

Yes to the thirst! I am parched!! Had about 8 glasses of juice today and I'm still thirsty now! Also headaches! x

I've just also experience some sharp stabbing pains in the area where I would normally have period cramps??? (Sorry don't know the technical name for it lol) x

Yes we are. I came off the pill not so long ago so we'll see. But I've never experienced these pains before. And the discharge is unusual for me too

I've also gone off chocolate which is not like me! I normally LOVE chocolate. But considering how not that long ago it was that I came off the pill I very much doubt I am, it seems to me more like a period maybe coming or maybe I'm ovulating soon like you said? I haven't had AF since coming off pill either but could be too soon. I'll just have to wait and see, I think I'm overthinking it too much to be honest :-(

I'm in a similar situation, when did you actually come off the pill?

Only a couple of weeks ago which is why I'm just so confused and thinking it's too soon...I've been feeling so sick tonight too but could it all be in my head? I'm not too sure!

I came off the pill 3 weeks ago after being on it for about 13 years and I have had constant bloating, really sore boobs!
Iv had some spotting yesterday and today just brown and more like discharge really. I never had periods on the pill so can't even remember what one is like!
Hoping it's implantation but unlikely I know 🤣

Yes I know exactly what you mean, sore boobs and spotting is literally the only two symptoms I've not had, apart from that I've had every symptom imaginable but I do remember what my period was like as I only had them last year and I always had sore boobs so it does seem strange! It's horrible just the not knowing! But fingers crossed for both of us, when are you taking a test? My doctor told me to take one in 2 weeks time x

Prob 2 weeks or so Iv got some FRER and some cheapies so may do a cheap one next week. Have no clue when I ovulate! Been tracking on Ovia but with no periods it's hard to know lol!

Yes I think I'm going to do a cheap one soon as well. But yes I know exactly what you mean, I'm not even sure when is the normal time to start your AF after stopping the pill
