Husband is away until tomorrow. Can’t we still ttc??

This is the first time I’ve done ovulation strips after miscarrying in June. I’ve tested every afternoon for the past week (last night at 8pm it was negative) tonight I got my first positive test but typically my husband is away for business until tomorrow very late in the evening. I’ve been trying to read up online but I’m just getting confused by the many different percentages.
Just wondering if anyone has ttc the day after a positive test and been successful? Or can give me any hope that this won’t be a wasted month. This is the first time I’ve ovulated since the miscarriage and I think I’m pinning too many hopes on the tiny chance that we still could have our rainbow this month!

When you get a positive strip it usually mean you will ovulate within 12- 48 hours, although as you get older that window gets shorter and sometimes you won’t get the LH until after you have ovulation- here is a good article explaining that. maiamidwifery.com/2014/05/opks-flushing-money-hopes-getting-pregnant-drain/
