Help - overweight and ttc

Hoping that someone can help me. I came off my pill in November 16 and it took until March 17 for my first period. We weren't necessarily trying at that time but if it happened it happened. I started a more structured approach in Feb 18 time, with temping and more recently using OPK's. My periods range from 28 days up to 35 days. Apart from being overweight (about 3 stone), I have been doing everything else right (vitamins, no alcohol, don't smoke, tried reflexology and acupuncture).

Any advice on weight - I'm quite comfortable with my weight but if I thought it would help I would join up to a weight loss class. I've not been to doctors yet as I know that's the first thing she is going to say.

Any info or advice would be much appreciated x

I used to go to weight watchers as I'm over weight too and really liked it. I have been over weight each time I've got pregnant (I've always been over weight really, even when I've lost a lot).

It's never hindered my chances as have been very lucky both times and caught on very quickly.

Obviously it's better if you're at an ideal weight however I've personally never felt like I've suffered as like you did make sensible choices etc.

Good xx
