Late period and negative tests

I'm going crazy! We've been trying for another little one for a couple of months now. My period is almost a week late (and I'm usually like clock work) and I feels like I've done a million negative pregnancy test. I have no idea what to do/feel. Anyone gone through anything similar?? Please share stories!

Hi laineylion, yes sending myself crazy and I'm only a day late for af but so much unlike me, I have 24-25 day cycles and I'm on day 26 with bfn's had some pinching around 8-10dpo ovulated day 13, temp remians high for now but no doubt the af will show today or tomorrow just frustrating looking at every single little thing and hoping TTC cycle #5 now but 1st cycle really moneriting. 1 week late is certainly hopeful, have you booked a Dr appointment for blood test? Keep us updated, fingers crossed for you and a BFP xx

Hi, I'm in the same boat and it's driving me insane. My period was due Wednesday and it's now been 34 days since my last period which started 6th August. I tested first thing this morning and had another negative. Been ttc no2 for ten months now, ironically this month we decided to take break from it all and only dtd about 3 times all month 🤷🏻‍♀️ I had a similar situation in June where I was 5 days late, all negative tests but was hopeful but then got my period while I was at work and that really got he down because I was convinced that was our month. Now because of that I'm more cautious in getting my hopes up. Although with DS I was exactly one week late before I got a positive so it happened the very first time around so still hope I guess. I've felt quite nauseous the past couple of days and very vivid dreams but I could be going mad!
I'd say to you being a week late it's very promising, I know it's so so frustrating but give it another day or two and tear again and if nothing then ask to see your dr, good luck 🤞🏻

On day 41 of my cycle and still no sign of the big red P, still another negative pregnancy test though. Booking in for a blood test at the doctors tomorrow, I don't know what to feel! I don't wanna get my hopes up but it's so difficult not too!

@laineylion Im in the same boat as you. I'm 5 days late and no sign of AF - but all tests are BFN. It's really annoying as I just want to get on with next month now! Hope you get some answers via your blood tests. X

Didn't want to read and run. I'm sorry you're in this situation - I have been a victim of late period + putting hope hope equation and I know how you feel. Having a blood test and taking advice from your GP is the best thing you can do - if nothing else it'll stop the wondering and stressing and you'll know for sure what is going on. Sending you positive vibes and happy thoughts and I hope you get your BFP xxxx

The doctors can't get me in till a week on Friday, so here comes another 2 weeks of worry, it's actually taking a physical toll! 🤧
