I came off the pill around a month ago now and have been having unprotected sex since. I have noticed a stringy, clear discharge that's quite slippery over the last few days, my nipples have been sore but not my breast. I don't know how long it takes for the pill to leave your system I was on it for years on and off. Any advice?

Oh also I've not had a period or anything since being off the pill. I had a withdrawal bleed but that was it.

Slippery discharge may mean you are around ovulation time.
Sore nipples might be hormones returning to normal after pill (my nipples were so sore/tingly first month off I was convinced I was pregnant)

Most advice I have read says ovulation starts back up (on average) 2-4 weeks after stopping pill, so it may take a little while for your first proper period.
