High temps 20DPO

Can anyone shed some light on why my temps are still elevated after so long?
I had a 2 day light bleed 17/18 DPO. My periods have been light for a while so assume this was my period and given it was so many days post ovulation it's unlikely to be implantation.
I use an Ava bracelet so trust the temps are right and it's not user error!
So fed up of this malarkey. Why can't my body just behave.
I've taken a test today and as expected it's BFN.
Just want to know what would cause my temps to remain high if it's not pregnancy.
Aargh.

Delayed ovulation? Did you def ovulate? X

Pretty sure I ovulated due to opks and temps.

Ahh I dunno your temp can be connected to other things though like your general health how well you slept. Non of this explains why AF hasn't came though. Could you go to the drs? X
