Hey! Long time lurker as me and DH now reaching cycle 16. Cycle 3 of taking it "seriously" as we figured just being relaxed about it would work fine, yet here we are.
I have been taking Vitex for several months (alongside vitamins +folic+cod liver oils) but missed 4 days straight (CD4-8) as i was on holiday and forgot them entirely.
My cycles are 28 days like clockwork but I'm now on CD38 and a BFN this morning took me by surprise.
I had creamy CM on August 26 - could i have ovulated 14 days late due to missing Agnus Castus pills? I've got no symptoms, even of imminent AF. Zero CM, no sore boobs but lots of stretching and slight cramps in my stomach.
I had terrible PMT before i was due my last period, so took 800mg daily instead of 400mg daily for 3 days. I'm getting kinda worried i might have broken myself!
