Trying to conceive - negative tests, cycle day 65

I am absolutely baffled!

To try and cut a long story short I am on day 65 of my cycle. I have an 11 month old and my husband and I had stopped preventing falling pregnant again.

I've been to the dr as my period hasn't arrived and all test including a blood test are negative. I've been referred for a ultrasound and am just waiting impatiently for a letter. They have suggested a cyst.

My confusion is that I've been having pregnancy symptoms since my period was due. I'm an emotional disaster, I'm spotty, I'm 'bloated', I'm nauseas, and today I've noticed in the shower I'm starting to produce milk. Confused

I don't want to let myself think that I'm pregnant as I don't want to get my hopes up. After a miscarriage with my first pregnancy I know how much I can hurt over this subject.

I'm posting here in the hope someone may have had a similar experience or advice/suggestions.

Thanks Smile
