Hi, I'm a newbie.
I apologise for my complete ramble of a post in advance!

My partner and I had decided at the beginning of the year I was going to stop the pill in May so we to TTC. However it came to May and I had just started a new job so we didn't think it was a good idea to get pregnant straight away.

So we replanned for July. I stopped taking the pill mid July. And am currently CD3 of my first real AF since my withdrawal bleed. We are really hoping to get pregnant this cycle.

My sister got engaged in June, and was aiming for a 2020 wedding with me as her bridesmaid, Great no issues... until they move it closer.. to June 2019 Hmm This now means if I fall pregnant this cycle I will be due exactly the time of her wedding!

What would you do?
Postpone ttc for a couple of months?
Or ttc as planned?
We both desperately want a baby but everything seems to be against us :(

Thanks,
Steph x

Hmm it's a tough one ! I always say if you wait for a perfect time it'll never come, things always crop up! For anyone elses wedding I probably wouldn't put off TTC but I did for my brothers. My other sister didn't, and ended up being due right around the wedding so she has to pull out of being a bridesmaid, missed the hen do etc. I guess id maybe skip a month if it were me .

But like I say there's never really a perfect time (in my opinion). It always feels like something's coming up. There's no guarantee that it will happen quickly for you either, so even if you did try this month it might not happen x
