My AF arrived yesterday so I'm off the September bus already

Trying for baby #2
Age 33

This month I am going to track my cycle using ovulation strips. DTD lots last month so I'm gutted but onwards and upwards!

I tested again this morning, I'm now 10dpo (I think). Still nothing though I squint for hours at the tests 🙈 I've ordered some frers hopefully arrive tomorrow , I've run out of the cheap strips now !

@ReginaPhalange89 I have to bin them after a few minutes or I literally would spend hours squinting 😂

Haha ! I've just looked at mine again after a few hours and can see a line now ! But obviously can't count that since it's way over lol

Did a Waitrose cheapie - bfn haha. AF due today and nothing yet so fingers crossed this mornings line was definitely a line x

Ovulation pains starting this afternoon, day earlier than usual for me. Glad we DTD last night. Trying to decide whether to go again tonight or not

@TwittleBee - go tonight or tomorrow morning if you're not up for it. Worth one more shot! I've never had ovulation pains - do you usually get them after your positive opk? FX for you!

Not sure if I've definitely ovulated or not yet. Think we might dtd once more for luck tomorrow am, just don't have energy tonight after 4 days on the trot (I miss being 25!)

@MakeaWhish that's exactly how I feel now. Very odd. @twittlebee I don't think the GP would do anything. I had blood tests recently which were all normal and we're waiting now for DP to have a semen analysis so we can see if anything is up. What i dont understand is I gpt a statoc OPK 18 days ago so something must jave happened! Hopefully AF will come soon and I'll just put it down to a funny month.

RMarieClaire normally get two days of cramping around time of expected ovulation. Usually day and day after a positive OPK. Also, likewise about not knowing if I'm on the November bus till November! AF is due on Halloween haha!

veeboo you might not have actually ovulated though 😕 ! +OPK doesn't mean ovulation just the LH surge. Do you know your usual luteal length too, just thinking you might have only ovulated 15 days ago (as can ov 3 days after +OPK) but you might have a longer luteal phase of like 16? Or (and hopefully) only just recently implanted and not enough hormone is present yet? clutching at straws

Still no idea what's going on with me. Cd36 today. Mc 8th August and it took my period 35 days after that to come. Usually 28 days so was expecting it to start getting back towards that as things settle down. Thought yesterday or today at the latest but nothing. Haven't tested for a couple of days but it was negative. I usually get really sore boobs if pregnant (before a positive test) and I've got nothing so pretty sure I'm not. It's all just weird and confusing.

@Twittlebee Thanks for trying to work it out with me! Based on tracking previous cycles with ooks I think luteal window is 13/14 days. If I didn't ovulate would AF not come anyway?

@veeboo yeah, af would come regardless. Last month, got to day 42 of a usual 32/33 day cycle. BFN's every day until a very very faint one on cd41, but af arrived the day after that. Guessing it was a chemical, but it really messed my head up! So I sympathise with you x

Ah i hope it's not a chemical but I'm feeling a bit more positive and rational today. Orry that happened @MakeaWhish She's still not here!

Well I’m off the bus AF had arrived 3 days earlier then expected!

veeboo that's okay! I know how frustrating it can be! Yeah would have AF turn up even if you didn't Ov but just later. Hope something happens Asap.

Suffering with insomnia so bad lately. Think I'm too stressed atm for anything to happen this month tbh despite DTD at spot on right time
