Hi
I'm currently in my second month of TTC #2 I'm 31 and hoping to be pregnant again by Christmas. I just want to know when do you count Cd1? Is it first day of spotting or when full AF shows up? Is that day then day 1? My cycles vary from 26-28 days. I was two days late my last cycle but had bad cramps and then AF took charge! Any help will be greatly appreciated

From my understanding, I think it's first day of full flow. That's what I've been counting anyway!

That's odd then as my period started 2 days late and ended after 3 days lol
