No sign of AF and BFN

Hi just after some advice my first post here so I may ramble a little!

My AF is 5 days late. Woke up with sickness on Tuesday and felt off and nauseas since. Did a OPK on day AF was due out of curiosity and it was positive but so were my OPKS on the 15th which is when flo app said I would ovulate.

No sore breasts like I would usually in the week before my AF. Been off the pill since October 17 with regular cycles.
I’m not trying to symptom spot but I’ve had cramping and back pain and sickness/nauseas headache I can’t shake and dizziness. However all these can relate to AF so I’m at a loss as to what’s happening.
Anyone any advice thankyou :)

Have you taken a pregnancy test? My AF was 8 days late this month and after taking 5 tests with BFN, AF arrived today and still have no idea what caused it to be so late as I am usually very regular, I think some times these things just happen :(
I also get very prominent symptoms about 3/4 days before AF is due (sore boobs, cramps, mood swings, spots etc) and didn't have any this month.
It's all pretty stressful not knowing what's going on with our bodies but just got to wait it out unfortunately xx

Yes I’ve taken 2 which both negative, yeah I guess it’s one of those things hopefully my AF arrives and hurry an leaves again so we can try again. Our bodies confuse us sometimes don’t they!x

Hi girls... also late this month cycles are normally 30 days and regular. This month I'm CD 39 ... numerous(too many) hpt all neg :( I'm having some spotting now and some cramps today it's either gonna be mother of all evil af but I was really hopeful this month and ive been feeling nausea the last 2 mornings.... I just need af to come now so I know where I'm at !
