Nausea and vomiting at 7dpo?

Hi everyone,

New to ttc and just wondering if 7dpo is too early for nausea and vomiting? Yesterday at 7dpo I was nauseous all day, and felt like I was coming down with a cold or something. Then in the evening I threw up Envy then slept for 12 hours straight which is quite unusual for me. Just wondering if anyone else had this and went on to get bfp? Trying to remain optimistic that's what it was.

Please share any similar experiences or your opinion if it's too early or not :)

Morning sickness usually starts at 6 weeks. It's v unlikely to have any symptoms during the 2ww

Calm down. HCG isn't high enough to have an effect on you till about 6 weeks. You have a stomach bug.

@kitkatsky @ItsLikeRainOnYourWeddingDay
Thank you very much for your responses, I know it is highly unlikely. Guess I just need to be patient and wait until af is due :)

I had this a couple of months ago. Was just a bug, unfortunately!

Update in case anyone comes across this in the future. I am pregnant!

Just like to add I get nausea in my 2ww! The books are wrong! I’ve had it in last 5 pregnancies!!

ToCaden · 18/02/2020 18:17

There's actually a reason for this, and it's not to do with hgc levels. If your body is trying to implant an egg it will lower your immune system as this makes it more likely the egg will implant successfully. This is also why one of the very very early pregnancy signs is getting the sniffles.

Superleo837 · 18/02/2020 19:41

Oh wow that’s so interesting thanks

Hi @missrose0110 I'm about 7dpo I think, haven't monitored at all this month and I think I'm possibly pregnant Grin I think I've been having implantation bleeding if you can call it that! It started off last night before we went out for a meal, it was dark brown stringy jelly, ever so small, then today light watery brown stuff when I wipe (sorry TMI!!!) I'm not due till the 8th March.
I have ever so faint positives that many may not even consider positives...
I also feel nauseous now and even though I've just got over a nasty coldy chesty bug, I've got the sniffles and a dry irritated throat Xx

Oh and congratulations!!!! OP!!!! Xx
