i am very very confused, i am 30, and my blood tests are as per the below
THS: 7.360
FSH: 33.9
LH: 25.7
Prolactin: 970
Oestradiol: 242
AMH: 0.2
I was basically told i need to go to a fertility clinic as the doctor i was seeing said my only option is adoption or egg donors. i have now booked in for a consultation at a fertility clinic @ £500, i did also stumble across this Chinese medicine place, and they looked very promising, i know you can naturally lower your levels and build you AMh level up, does anyone else know about this, acupuncture etc?
Not too sure where to go here, if this is really the end of the line for me, i cant just take that @ just 30 years old.
Any advise, assistance etc would greatly help. i know that AMH low levels are not good for IVF but what about natural conception?
i have been using fertility sticks and i get solid smileys, i also still have periods (albeit not regular at all)
any help please!! feeling lost and confused :(
