Sitting waiting for the first ultrasound, having started the process to find out why I’m not getting pregnant! Not sure what to expect 😳

No-one would know what to expect.

What I hope for you is that the tests come back saying there's no reason why you do not become pregnant, you go away, do some interesting, relaxing things and in a few months come back here saying you are pregnant! That's the best case scenario.

Of course your partner needs to be tested too.

I’ve just been through this process and had the lap and dye test etc I’m now waiting for a referral for IUI as I have unexplained fertility. As I’m slightly ahead in the process I’m happy to answer any questions. I have to say I found the water intake unbareable for the untrasound. I couldn’t wait to get to the toilet, I must have a tiny bladder

Had the ultrasound then internal one to look at ovaries. Abnormality in my right ovary, possibly endometriosis. Was very surprised at how efficient the whole thing was x

What are the next steps, OP?

I’ve got an appointment with gynaecologist later this month. Doctor yesterday said it’s likely I’ll need a laparoscopy x
