Hello!
I’ve just started taking Ubiquinol and have been advised to take 200mg a day in a split dose with food. Hope that helps. I’m taking the Solgar one, so it’s two tablets.

Also, just wanted to send you a hug for the miscarriages. I’ve had two as well and am 37. All the best

In research, 100 to 600 mg of CoQ10/ubiquinol has been used. Check with your doctor, of course. Qunol is one form that absorbs better due to it being water and fat-soluble.

Thanks for the reply @charmingcats and @ckc45d10, sorry it's been a while, have been away a few days with OH. I have been taking Pharma Nord Ubiquinol 300mg a day, for about a fortnight now. Seeing the GP on Thursday so I will run it by him then and see what he says.

Thanks again for the replies :-)

Also @charmingcats thanks for the hug. I hope that things work out for you, and you get a sticky bean soon, it's so hard isn't it, not being able to make it happen when you want it so much. x
