Pill side effect

Hi, sorry if I'm posting in the wrong section.
I've been on the pill for over 2 and half years since my little boy was born. I'm wondering is it normal to start getting side effects? Sorry for tmi but my nipples were tingly for a couple of days now my boobs are very sore but not to touch. Is this normal or should i visit my gp? Thanks for any advice xx

Side effects can develop over time for any medication. There are lots of different formulations for hormonal BC so yes, visit your GP if you think you might do better on something else. The symptoms you mention certainly could be related.
