High prolactin

I've been trying to conceive since last November and have recently found out I have high prolactin which may be the reason why it's taking some time. I'm 24 and have been married for two years and am now so desperate to get pregnant it's making me so sad that it's not happening..

I got a positive last month but tested again and it was negative!

So is anyone also suffering from high prolactin? And has anyone ever got a positive then negative and why may that happen?

Hi, first time posting but wanted to share my experience.. I was diagnosed with hyperprolactinemia when I was 21 (not ttc at the time) and had very high levels of prolactin meaning I was infertile. I have been taking bromocriptine tablets since and my prolactin is at a normal level. I'm now 30 and ttc, only on cycle two so early days after also being on the pill for years but I've been reassured by doctors/consultants that the prolactin issues I've had in the past shouldn't affect us ttc. I'd be interested to hear if anyone else has been or is in a similar situation x
